As we address issues, we will post appropriate questions and answers here.  If you have a question, please either email us or post in the thread associated with your product.  If you have a general question or have not purchased the use of any of our products, you may post in the General Discussion area.  Again, emails are answered most quickly at this time, and excellent questions or problems will be posted by our staff along with answers or solutions.  Enjoy your product!
